Isaiah 40:29, “He gives power to the faint, abundant strength to the weak. 30Though young men faint and grow weary, and youths stagger and fall, 31they that hope in the LORD will renew their strength, they will soar on eagles’ wings; They will run and not grow weary, walk and not grow faint.”

The third key to success based on a study of top executives is –‘exercise.’ We all know the important health benefits of exercise, but do we recognize the connection between success and exercise? Basically, exercise keeps us energized, focused and disciplined. I know some people who hate the idea of exercise. The thought of dedicating time, energy and sometimes money to exercising does not appeal to a lot of people. Honestly, I exercise frequently, but there are many days I simply hate it. However, when a workout is completed, I never regret it because I know I have done the right thing for my body and my mind. Exercise improves energy levels, sharpens focus and enhances discipline which translate to success in other areas of our lives: home, work, school, relationships…

If you struggle with exercising, consider memorizing this passage from the Bible:
“He gives power to the faint, abundant strength to the weak. 30Though young men faint and grow weary, and youths stagger and fall, 31they that hope in the LORD will renew their strength, they will soar on eagles’ wings; They will run and not grow weary, walk and not grow faint” (Isaiah 40:29-31).

Think about it, and have a blessed day!
