What would you do if you unexpectedly discovered unlimited cash available to you? While most of us will never get that chance, one Detroit man did. Ronald Page only had a couple hundred dollars in his bank account. However, due to a banking error he was able to withdraw $1.5 million in cash over the span of about 15 days.

The bank caught its error and called in the authorities. You might wonder what Page did with his unexpected encounter with unlimited cash. He gambled all of his ill-gotten gains away. He is now heading to prison to serve time and he is still penniless.

This story is a sad but a true reminder that nothing in life is unlimited, except God’s love.

As the Psalmist put it in the Old Testament, “For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his love for those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. As a father has compassion on his children, so the LORD has compassion on those who fear him” (Ps. 103:11-13).

Remember, regardless of how limited your cash might be, God will never run out of love, forgiveness, and compassion for you.

Have a Blessed Day!
