On July 4th, the brightest minds in the world assembled at the $10 billion Atom Smashing facility on the Swiss-French Border.
These scholars gathered to hear the report of the latest findings related to the search for the so-called “god particle.” This atom smasher creates high-energy collisions of protons which they theorize may help understand the suspected phenomena that might explain the origin of the universe.
What were the findings? After decades of work and billions of dollars spent, researchers still cannot say they have discovered the particle; yet they remain convinced it does exist and will continue searching for it.
As I considered this elaborate search, I thought, you know it is really not that hard to find God. The Psalmist said, “Your heavens declare your glory and pour forth speech” (Psalm 8). The Apostle Paul, says that God proves his existence every day in our conscience when it encourages us to make good choices instead of bad ones (Romans 2:14-16). Jeremiah said, “You will find me when you seek me with all your heart” (Jeremiah 29:11-13).
If you are looking for God today, look up and look within. God is there for you.
Have a Blessed Day!
