James 2:18, But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.
Top executive have 5 habits in common. This week, my blogs have examined that these top executives do the following things: accomplish the least appealing tasks first, wake up early, and commit to daily exercise. You can find these blogs @ www.johnmarkcaton.com . Another common quality exhibited by top execs is that they create an action plan. Notice it says an “action” plan not just a plan. In other words, top executives create an effective “to-do” list every day that clarifies the items they want to get done. They decide which of those items are the highest priorities and act accordingly.
It is the same way with our faith; we need to create an “effective spiritual to-do list” every day. Read these words from James, the brother of Jesus, “But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.” In other words, everything that is important in life requires some good action steps, so make a plan today for your physical and spiritual life. Then take the steps necessary to fulfill your goals.
Think about it…and have a blessed day!
