You know what they say, “Cheaters never win!”
In 1 Corinthians, the Apostle Paul tells us “Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize.”

Recently, a participant in a national Scrabble tournament was disqualified for concealing a few blank tiles. As a result, he was kicked out of the tournament and did not even get an opportunity to compete for the prize.  according to reports, he had a real chance of winning the tournament if he had just played by the rules, but he did break the rules and now we will never know.

I wonder how many times we cheat ourselves out of a real chance at greatness because we want to bend the rules or cut a few corners.
Work hard at whatever you do today. Remember what Paul said and “run in such a way to win the prize.” Even if you do not finish first, you will finish well!
Have a Blessed Day!
