Proverbs 15:30, A cheerful look brings joy to the heart; good news makes for good health.

One scientifically proven key to happiness is, smile. If you just smile more, you will feel better.  Numerous studies have found that the simple act of smiling relieves anxiety and reduces stress. Scientist believe that when we smile there are biological processes that somehow trick our brain into thinking we are happy, and as a result our moods are lifted. Conversely, when people frowned or put on a pouty face they felt worse. We really don’t need a new scientific study to tell us that. Several thousand years ago, Solomon wrote in Proverbs 15:30 which says, “A cheerful look brings joy to the heart; good news makes for good health.”

So throw a smile on your face today, every chance you get and you won’t regret it, and neither will those around you.
