Psalm 126:6, Those who go out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with them.
Galatians 6:9, Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
Psalms 126:5, Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy. 6Those who go out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with them.
At Cottonwood Creek, I’ve been teaching a series entitled, “Bold: Living With An Audacious Faith!” If we are going to grow an audacious faith, we have to plant today. A lot of people say, “one of these days I’m going to start going to church, or one of these days I’m going to start reading my Bible, but “one of these days” never comes.
The time for planting is now, the time for going to church is now, the time for reading your Bible is now. If we never plant, serve, and go, we will never grow an audacious faith. Don’t wait another day or another week, because the sooner you plant seeds of faith, the sooner you will enjoy the harvest. I know some of you are saying, but I’ve gone to church before and then stopped. You started reading your Bible, but stopped and you are afraid to start planting the seeds of your faith again because of past failures. If that’s you, take your cue from the farmer who forgets about last year’s crop failure. Because the only think they can do is plant, and plant now. Don’t let previous crop failure keep you from planting today. If you want to grow a great faith, the time to plant is now!
Think about that and have a blessed day!

What do you Think?
How does it apply to your life?
What will you do?
Don’t just be a hearer of the Word. Be a doer of the Word. (James 1:22)
Now talk to God
This is where you turn your thoughts into prayer. It could be a prayer of gratitude of praise. It could be a prayer of confession or a request for God’s help. It’s up to you. Take a minute to write a prayer or response to what God said to you.
