Romans 8:33, Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies. 34Who then is the one who condemns? No one. Christ Jesus who died—more than that, who was raised to life—is at the right hand of God and is also interceding for us.

I’ve been teaching a series on Sundays that covers one of my favorite chapters in the Bible. In Romans 8:31 Apostle Paul says, “If God is for us, who can be against us.” What and incredible thought! The God who created the universe and everything in it including you and me, is on our side. Literally, He is for us!

That means that God is for us when we do right or wrong and when we are up or down. Read these two questions Paul asks and answers in Romans 8:33, He says, “Who will bring a charge against God’s elect? God is the one who justifies; 34who is the one who condemns? Christ Jesus is He who died, yes, rather who was raised, who is at the right hand of God, who also intercedes for us.” Did you get that? Regardless of what we do, whether we please God or displease Him with our words or actions, God is still for us. If that weren’t enough, Paul says that Jesus is at the right hand of God interceding for us. Meaning, when we fall, Jesus is right there next to our Heavenly Father speaking on our behalf reminding us of our eternal forgiveness.

Have you made a mess of life? Well, you are not alone! Seek Christ through faith and hold fast to His love and forgiveness.

As you make your journey today…think about that and have a blessed day!
