Luke 15:8, “Or suppose a woman has ten silver coins and loses one. Doesn’t she light a lamp, sweep the house and search carefully until she finds it? 9And when she finds it, she calls her friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost coin.’ 10In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”
1 Corinthians 2:2, For I determined to know nothing among you except Jesus Christ, and Him crucified.
2 Thessalonians 2:14, It was for this He called you through our gospel, that you may gain the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
To have the “Heart of Jesus,” you must realize that God prioritizes those who are lost and so should we!
When the shepherd lost a sheep, that lost sheep became his priority. It didn’t mean he loved the ninety-nine any less, but it did mean that the priority at the time was the lost sheep. It was the same way with the woman who lost one silver coin. The nine silver coins she still had weren’t any less important, but it did mean that the priority at that time was the lost sheep. It should be the same with us. If we are going to have the heart of Jesus, we have to prioritize those who have gone astray. If you see someone going astray make them a priority in your life, or if you see someone who is lost, make them a priority in your life. In doing so, you will have the heart of Jesus.
Think about it and have a blessed day!
