Romans 12:2, Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

This week we’ve been looking at the Importance of our mindset. There are three keys to a healthy mind. In other words, there are three choices you can make daily to have a healthy mindset.

Step number one is: Feed daily on the Truth.

Step number two is: Free your mind from destructive thinking.

Step number three is: Focus your mind on the right things! I could give you a lot of thoughts, but I want to give you the two most critical aspects on which to focus your mind so that you can positively change your mindset.

Number one: Think about JESUS. You have heard the statement “You are what you think,” and the more you think and act like Christ, the better off everyone would be! As you act and react at school, home or work, reflect the thought of Christ and see how it impacts your life and the lives of others around you.

Number two: Think about OTHERS! When we think about others, we stop focusing on our own problems. Amazingly, when we are not fixated on our own self-decided life imperfections, we have a better, positive perspective. Our thoughts no longer hold us in a stagnate place, but we are able to look forward with hope and purpose.

That is our last thought for the week on transforming your mind. This weekend remember the words of the Apostle Paul, Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Romans 12:2

Think about it and have a Blessed Weekend!
