Philippians 3:13, I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

I recently came across this quote I liked by Maya Angelou: “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.”

The Apostle Paul used similar words when speaking to the Philippians. He wrote, “I do not regard myself as having laid hold of it yet; but one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and reaching forward to what lies ahead, 14 I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”(Philippians 3:13-14)

Today, forget those things in the past: your mistakes; failures; and hardships, and press on towards your upward call. In doing so, you will THRIVE and not simply SURVIVE. Do it with some PASSION, some COMPASSION, some HUMOR, and some STYLE.

Think about it and have a blessed day!
