I recently read an article about the five most searched Bible passages on the web from the last twelve months. Each day this week we will look at one of the five passages. Yesterday, we examined the 5th most popular verse- Psalm 23. Today’s passage is the fourth most searched Bible passage from the last twelve months. It is Romans 8:28.

And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.

That is a great passage, but it is important to note what that verse does and does not say. Romans 8:28 does not say everything that happens to those who love God is good. Christians still experience pain, sickness, divorce, and a myriad of other problems.

However, that verse does tell us that we serve a God who is able to bring good out of even the most difficult situations in life. Many of you might be going through difficult situations right now. Remember Romans 8:28. God can bring good out of the bad in our lives.

Take care and have a blessed day!
