Last week, all NFL teams had to make their final cuts!  The Cowboys needed to go from 81 players down to 53 players.  When reporters quizzed Jason Garrett (the Head Coach of the Dallas Cowboys) about what the players were feeling, he said, “I know exactly how the players who are on-the-bubble feel!” Garrett responded,  “I was on the bubble every year of my NFL career.  You know the comments I always make like:  It is all about  being great today!  Worry about today!”  Garrett explained that, “Those words come from my experience as a player.  Don’t worry about yesterday.   Don’t worry about tomorrow.   Put your best foot forward today!  Do your best today!  Be great today!” With similar thoughts in mind, the Apostle Paul stated, “Not that I have already obtained it, or have arrived at my goal, but I press on…Forgetting what is behind, I strain forward to what is ahead.  (Philippians 3:12-14)  If you find yourself on-the-bubble at home, work, school, socially, physically or spiritually.  Make the choice to be great today! Forget about yesterday, and don’t worry about tomorrow…
